【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforship,terminalandportserviceproviderstoensurethesafetransitofanliquefiednaturalgascarrier(LNGC)throughtheportareaandthesafeandefficienttransferofitscargo.Itisapplicabletoa)pilotageandvesseltrafficservices(VTS);b)tugandmooringboatoperators;c)terminaloperators;d)shipoperators;e)suppliersofbunkers,lubricantsandstoresandotherprovidersofserviceswhilsttheLNGcarrierismooredalongsidetheterminal.ThisInternationalStandardincludesprovisionsfor?aship'ssafetransit,berthing,mooringandunberthingatthejetty;?cargotransfer;?accessfromjettytoship;?operationalcommunicationsbetweenshipandshore;?allinstrumentation,dataandelectricalconnectionsusedacrosstheinterface,includingOPS(coldironing),whereapplicable;?theliquidnitrogenconnection(wherefitted);?ballastwaterconsiderations.ThisInternationalStandardappliesonlytoconventionalonshoreliquefiednaturalgas(LNG)terminalsandtothehandlingofLNGC'sininternationaltrade.However,itcanprovideguidanceforoffshoreandcoastaloperations.
