【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesamethodforthemeasurementofthemassofparticipatematterinambientairandisbasedontheabsorptionofbetaraysbytheparticulatematter.Thismethodappliestothedeterminationofconcentrationsrangingfromafewmicrogramspercubicmetretoafewmilligramspercubicmetrecontainedintheatmospheresofurban,ruralorindustrialareas.Thelowermassdetectionlimitofthemethodisusually15μgto30μgofdepositedmasspersquarecentimetreofsurfacearea,S,ofthefilter.Thismeans,forasamplingtimetof3handaflowrateqof1m/h,thattheconcentrationdetectionlimitrangesbetween5μg/mand10μg/m,computedasfollows:Concentration(μg/cm)·S(cm)/q(m/h)·1/t(h)SamplingtechniquesarenotincludedinthescopeofthisInternationalStandard.NOTETheconcentrationofparticulatematteriscalculatedbydividingthemassdepositedonafiltertapeorindividualfilter,bytheknownvolumeofairsampled.However,concentrationisdependentonthesamplingtechniqueused,forexample,thedesignofthesamplinginlet.Normally,forambient-airparticlesampling,largeparticlesarefilteredoutbymeansofasize-selectiveinlet(forexamplecascadeimpactororcyclonefiltration).Theparticlesizelimitisdefinedbythecharacteristicsofthesamplinghead.
