【摘要】:ThemostgeneralandreliablemethodsforobtainingCIEtristimulusvaluesor,throughtransformationofthem,othercoordinatesfordescribingthecolorsofobjectsarebytheuseofspectrometricdata.ColorimetricdataareobtainedbycombiningobjectspectraldatawithdatarepresentingaCIEstandardobserverandaCIEstandardilluminant,asdescribedinPracticeE308.Thispracticeprovidesproceduresforselectingtheoperatingparametersofspectrometersusedforprovidingdataofthedesiredprecision.Italsoprovidesforinstrumentcalibrationbymeansofmaterialstandards,andforselectionofsuitablespecimensforobtainingprecisioninthemeasurements.1.1Thispracticecoverstheinstrumentalmeasurementrequirements,calibrationprocedures,andmaterialstandardsneededtoobtainprecisespectraldataforcomputingthecolorsofobjects.1.2Thispracticeliststheparametersthatmustbespecifiedwhenspectrometricmeasurementsarerequiredinspecificmethods,practices,orspecifications.1.3Mostsectionsofthispracticeapplytobothspectrometers,whichcanproducespectraldataasoutput,andspectrocolorimeters,whicharesimilarinprinciplebutcanproduceonlycolorimetricdataasoutput.Exceptionstothisapplicabilityarenoted.1.4Thispracticeislimitedinscopetospectrometersandspectrometriccolorimetersthatemployonlyasinglemonochromator.Thispracticeisgeneralastothematerialstobecharacterizedforcolor.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
