【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthetest,themeasuringmethodsandthecontractualguaranteeconditionsforfieldacceptancetestsofthegeneratingmachineryinsmallhydroelectricpowerinstallations.Itappliestoinstallationscontainingimpulseorreactionturbineswithunitpoweruptoabout15MWandreferencediameterofabout3m.Thedrivengeneratorcanbeofsynchronousorasynchronoustype.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsinformationaboutmostofthetestsrequiredforacceptanceofthehydraulicturbinesuchassafetyapprovaltests,trialoperatingandreliabilitytests,aswellforverificationofcavitation,noiseandvibrationconditions,ifrequired.Thisstandardrepresentsthetypicalmethodsusedonsmallerhydroelectricinstallations,andisdividedintothreeclassesasfollows(seeTable1formoredetail):ClassANormaltestprogram(panelmeasurement)Todeterminethemaximumpoweroutputoftheinstallation.DefaultClassBExtendedtestprogramTodeterminetheperformancecharacteristicsoftheinstallation.RecommendedClassCComprehensivetestprogramTodeterminetheabsoluteefficiencyoftheinstallation.OptionalNOTEAllclassescontainsafetytests,trialoperatingtests,andreliabilitytests.Thisstandardgivesallnecessaryreferencesforthecontractinordertoexecutethetest,evaluate,calculateandcomparetheresulttotheguaranteeforalltheclassesA,BandC.Themanufacturerorconsultingengineerisresponsibleforensuringthatstandardizedconnectionsareinstalledforperformingthesetests.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthestructuraldetailsofahydroelectricinstallationoritscomponentparts.
