【摘要】:ThispartofISO19901givesgeneralrequirementsforthedeterminationanduseofmeteorologicalandoceanographic(metocean)conditionsforthedesign,constructionandoperationofoffshorestructuresofalltypesusedinthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.Therequirementsaredividedintotwobroadtypes:a)thosethatrelatetothedeterminationofenvironmentalconditionsingeneral,togetherwiththemetoceanparametersthatarerequiredtoadequatelydescribethem;b)thosethatrelatetothecharacterizationanduseofmetoceanparametersforthedesign,theconstructionactivitiesortheoperationofoffshorestructures.Theenvironmentalconditionsandmetoceanparametersdiscussedcomprise-extremeandabnormalvaluesofmetoceanparametersthatrecurwithgivenreturnperiodsthatareconsiderablylongerthanthedesignservicelifeofthestructure,-long-termdistributionsofmetoceanparameters,intheformofcumulative,conditional,marginalorjointstatisticsofmetoceanparameters,and-normalenvironmentalconditionsthatareexpectedtooccurfrequentlyduringthedesignservicelifeofthestructure.Metoceanparametersareapplicableto-thedeterminationofactionsandactioneffectsforthedesignofnewstructures,-thedeterminationofactionsandactioneffectsfortheassessmentofexistingstructures,-thesite-specificassessmentofmobileoffshoreunits,-thedeterminationoflimitingenvironmentalconditions,weatherwindows,actionsandactioneffectsforpre-serviceandpost-servicesituations(i.e.fabrication,transportationandinstallationordecommissioningandremovalofastructure),and-theoperationoftheplatform,whereappropriate.
