【摘要】:Conductiveandstaticdissipativefloors(staticcontrolflooring)serveasaconvenientmeansofelectricallyconnectingpersonsandobjectstogethertopreventtheaccumulationofelectrostaticcharges.Astaticcontrolfloorisspecifiedonthebasisofcontrolledresistancevalues.Thesurfaceofthefloorprovidesapathofmoderateelectricalconductivitybetweenallpersonsandequipmentmakingcontactwiththefloortopreventtheaccumulationofdangerouselectrostaticcharges.Staticcontrolfootwearwillneedtobeusedinconjunctionwiththefloorforthefloortoperformeffectivelywithpersonnel.Theresistanceofsomeflooringmaterialschangewithage.Floorsofsuchmaterialsshouldhaveaninitialresistancelowenoughorhighenoughtopermitincreaseordecreaseinresistancewithagewithoutexceedingthelimitsprescribedintheproductspecifications.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofelectricalconductanceorresistanceofresilientflooringeitherintileorsheetform,forapplicationssuchashospitals,computerrooms,cleanrooms,accessflooring,munitionplants,oranyotherenvironmentconcerningpersonnel-generatedstaticelectricity.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
