【摘要】:ThisinformativepartofISO/IEC15504:-definesanexemplarProcessAssessmentModelthatmeetstherequirementsofISO/IEC15504-2andthatsupportstheperformanceofanassessmentbyprovidingindicatorsforguidanceontheinterpretationoftheprocesspurposesandoutcomesasdefinedinISO/IEC12207AMD1andAMD2andtheprocessattributesasdefinedinISO/IEC15504-2;-providesguidance,byexample,onthedefinition,selectionanduseofassessmentindicators.AProcessAssessmentModelcomprisesasetofindicatorsofprocessperformanceandprocesscapability.Theindicatorsareusedasabasisforcollectingtheobjectiveevidencethatenablesanassessortoassignratings.ThesetofindicatorsincludedinthispartofISO/IEC15504isnotintendedtobeanall-inclusivesetnorisitintendedtobeapplicableinitsentirety.Subsetsthatareappropriatetothecontextandscopeoftheassessmentshouldbeselected,andpossiblyaugmentedwithadditionalindicators(seeAnnexC).TheProcessAssessmentModelinthispartofISO/IEC15504isdirectedatassessmentsponsorsandcompetentassessorswhowishtoselectamodel,andassociateddocumentedprocessmethod,forassessment(foreithercapabilitydeterminationorprocessimprovement).Additionallyitmaybeofusetodevelopersofassessmentmodelsintheconstructionoftheirownmodel,byprovidingexamplesofgoodsoftwareengineeringandmanagementpractices.AnyProcessAssessmentModelmeetingtherequirementsdefinedinISO/IEC15504-2concerningmodelsforprocessassessmentmaybeusedforassessment.Differentmodelsandmethodsmaybeneededtoaddressdifferingbusinessneeds.TheassessmentmodelinthispartofISO/IEC15504isprovidedasanexemplarofamodelmeetingalltherequirementsexpressedinISO/IEC15504-2.NOTECopyrightreleasefortheExemplarProcessAssessmentModel:UsersofthispartofISO/IEC15504mayfreelyreproducethedetaileddescriptionscontainedintheexemplarassessmentmodelaspartofanytoolorothermaterialtosupporttheperformanceofprocessassessments,sothatitcanbeusedforitsintendedpurpose.
